Zach Plug Physical Therapy is a boutique, one-on-one physical therapy practice in Boston's South End, built around the belief that recovery is most effective when it's personal, flexible, and deeply collaborative. As Zach prepared to launch his independent practice, I developed the brand from the ground up, crafting its strategic positioning, visual identity, verbal identity, website, and print collateral. The resulting system balances clinical credibility with warmth and energy, helping distinguish the practice from traditional healthcare brands while reinforcing Zach's highly individualized approach to care.
