The Space You Become

The Space You Become is a deck of affirmation cards written by Yoga Teacher and Facilitator, Ashley Allard. The cards follow the organization and flow of principles at the center of many yoga practices and invite users to ground in themselves and be inspired or unstuck in their practices, whatever they may be. The project included the design of 55 cards, their packaging, and an accompanying guide book which lays out all the contents of the cards alongside prompts for introspection and connection.
