Enoteca is a Basque-inspired Tapas restaurant and specialty wine & gin bar in Harlem, NYC. Its chef and owner, a queer polymath with roots in Brazil and Chile, has succeeded in creating a luxurious, warm, and inclusive go-to spot for the neighborhood to enjoy sultry vibes, delicious dishes, and a wildly extensive list of bottles. The project took inspiration from the incredible interior design work undertaken in advance of Enoteca's opening, specifically a fabulous and loud tropical wallpaper that covers an entire stretch of the restaurant's inside.
